The rooms at Hotel Rural Valdorba are absolutely stunning! They provide a warm and cozy atmosphere, with rustic decor that makes you feel right at home. The views of the countryside from the room are simply breathtaking, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. As a budget traveller, I appreciate the value for money that this hotel offers.
One thing that I personally didn't enjoy as much was the lack of a minibar in the room. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others would still find it perfectly fine.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hilltop hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location in a hilltop village provided us with truly lovely views of the surrounding area. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering tours and ticket assistance, and ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the shared kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals if we wanted to. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the rooms.

In the heart of the Valdorba Preserve, surrounded by magnificent forests, I found a hidden gem that satisfied my gastronomic cravings. The hotel's restaurant served up a mouthwatering range of Navarran cuisine, including perfectly grilled steak and delectable fish dishes. Every bite was a culinary delight, like finding a truffle in a forest full of fungi and mushrooms.
Pillows were not to our liking.

The value for money at Rural Valdorba was excellent, with spacious and newly refurbished rooms that had lovely views of the countryside. The location was peaceful and secluded, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to bring our dogs and even providing a mini bar with a great selection of drinks in the room.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

What a hidden gem! The location was perfect, nestled away in the hills and offering breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always ready with a smile. The food was exceptional, with daily menu changes and fresh produce that we could taste. We especially enjoyed the huge portions, perfect to satisfy those hunger cravings after a long day of city exploring.
While some may appreciate the remote location, it did make it a bit difficult to get to and from the city center. while the room was comfortable, it was a bit plain and lacked personality compared to the cozy reception and dining areas.

Located on a hill above a small village, Hotel Rural Valdorba is set in the lush, wooded hills of northern Spain. Its breathtaking views are one of its big pluses, with guests mentioning the lovely location and sensational vistas. If you enjoy walking, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.
Some guests have complained of the hotel's association with hunting activities, which may make it uncomfortable for sensitive folk and families.

Beautiful views and great for pets. the hotel had lovely rooms with air conditioning which was perfect for our Easter getaway. the hotel is set in a quiet location which made it great for relaxing. the food was good and we enjoyed the mini bar in our room. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
We experienced a poor restaurant service. We can only presume it was because we visited off-season.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Rural Valdorba. The location of the hotel was simply breathtaking, nestled among hills and mountains. The peaceful atmosphere and privacy made for a truly restful and beautiful stay. The room was modern, extremely clean, and very comfortable. I was impressed by the high-quality furnishings and spaciousness. The on-site restaurant was a true gem, serving delicious, typical Navarren dishes. The portions were generous, especially the partridge, pheasant, venison, and rabbit. The impeccable service from both the restaurant and hotel staff made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable experience.
